Dev Update 3: Actions!!!
Hello this is the 3rd update devlog and a lot has happened since then. Most of the work over the past month was focused on implementing different parts of the party system. I was mostly focused on adding more commands that the player can do for the non active party members. This includes the ability to assign targets to each of the party members. In the creation of this system I now have a clear way of defining how these commands are activated and selected.
After that I took a bit of a break from programing systems to work on some 3D modeling practice. To re-familiarize myself with blender. I also took the effort practice designing within a semi accurate scale of objects.
Towards the later half of the month. I focused exclusively on figuring out the Action Graph system which focuses on giving actions to characters. As of right now this system was designed in isolation so it does not integrate into the other systems as of right now. I also started working on proper keyboard and mouse support.
